The hotel is located in a normal residential area with beautiful Japanese traditional gardens. the public area, especially with the bamboo and flowing water, reflects nature and tranquility. Guests can relax in the large onsen with sauna. the breakfast and dinner are extraordinary, with cordial and friendly staff providing free chauffeur services.
The policy about prohibited outside drinks and charges for bottled water might not be clearly communicated to customers beforehand, causing inconveniences upon check-in.

The location outside the city was nice and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The private onsen was a great feature and the meals were delicious with plenty of local ingredients.
The outside drinks policy wasn't clear and we ended up getting charged a lot for some drinks we brought from a local store. , the location wasn't very convenient for exploring the area and we felt a bit isolated.

My partner and I had an incredible romantic escape at this traditional Japanese inn. the beautiful garden and outdoor onsen were a highlight, as well as the delicious traditional dinner and warm welcome from the staff. We appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store nearby for any last-minute needs. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a private outdoor bath.
